At SOLSKIN, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our lab inspects the return.
